KID CONTRACT at Blue Skies Inn
(A signed copy must be presented at Check-in)

Since it's a special privilege to be a child guest at a B&B, we ask that parents review the following rules with their children. Both parents and children must sign our agreement.

When parents and children follow our rules, we are assured that all guests at our inn will have a pleasant time. If children do not respect other guests by following our rules, we reserve the right to ask that they and their family leave without reimbursement of room tariff.

We ask that you inform us of children who are still bed wetting
so that we may protect our mattresses accordingly.
Mattress damage will be assessed under our Damage Policy.

Minor children (18 yrs. or younger) may not be left in suite without having parents present. (No babysitters allowed at inn.) If a sister or brother is left in charge, that person must have a valid driver’s license and a car present in our parking lot.
Children must be within eyesight of parent(s) at all times.
No bare feet outdoors.
No jumping on the beds.
No running.
No shouting.
No temper tantrums in public. Please take child to a private place when crying.
Wash hands after eating.
Tiptoe up and down the stairs.
Stay out of the flower beds.
Stay away from the waterfall. It is a dangerous water hazard.
Do not throw anything in the water or walk on the rocks by it.

Hot Tub Use

No children under 8 years old allowed in the hot tub.
The Manitou Springs Municipal Pool is one block away from us.
If children use our hot tub, parents must be in the tub with them.
No jumping into hot tub or splashing.
Use bathroom before hot tub use.
